“Integration of physical activity and respiratory physiotherapy into the inhalation app kata for patients with Alpha-1-Antitrypsin Deficiency”.

Exciting insights for the further development of Kata® were gained during the bachelor thesis of Ines Klöss, our working student. In her scientific work she dealt with the topic “Integration of physical activity and respiratory physiotherapy in the inhalation app Kata® for patients with Alpha-1-Antitrypsin Deficiency”. The result is an informative discourse with experts and patients with Alpha-1-Antitrypsin Deficiency, which includes an all-encompassing consideration of the opportunities and obstacles. A treatment summary of the bachelor thesis and its results was printed in the Alpha-1 Journal of “Alpha 1 Deutschland e.V.” in the 1/2020 issue.
